My doctor isn’t responding and it has…
My doctor isn’t responding and it has been way over her 72 hour answer policy. I am charge $80 everytime I need a refill. Randomly told I need labs which cost another $112 on a reoccurring refill before she will prescribe it again and the dosage I’m supposed to go up to. This is without warning she should have warned me the month prior to that the next month will require getting lab work now I am delayed in my medicine because of this and the $112 was on top of the $80 I already paid. Very expensive. At first she told me the dosage I was going up to was not available and on shortage and I told her that my friend had just got it the day before. She then comes back and proceeds to tell me well it’s because you need labs that I’m not prescribing you that dosage increase, so which is it? Is there a shortage or just because you want me to get labs? Don’t lie to me. Very unprofessional, and now she just isn’t even answering me.

DON'T DO IT!!!
As other people have already stated, this company is a total scam. The information on their website is very misleading. You have to pay them a fee and then a fee to the medical provider. But what really pisses me off is that you have to pay those fees EVERY time you need to refill your prescription. That gets really expensive if you need to refill monthly. Please learn from my and others' experiences and do NOT sign up with Push Health!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Warning-do not use this company!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They should shut this place down permanently. Warning-they will take your money and do NOTHING for you and they are unreachable. Whenever you call their customer service line, even during normal business hours, 100% of the time it goes to voicemail. If you email them, nobody emails back. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge I paid for “fraudulent charge” because they never provided a service I paid for and they wouldn’t ever respond to me.
This is a joke of a business-they prey on innocent people that need healthcare only to abuse them and steal their money. The founder of this company should be ashamed of themself for their absolute disaster of a company.

TOTAL SCAM!!
TOTAL SCAM!!! I got two prescriptions and after that I was told I need to pay an additional $90.00 for a prior authorization, which then I never heard back from the on-line doctor. It's been six days to this date, and no response! This company takes your money and runs with it. STAY AWAY, TOTAL SCAM!!!

Awful experience
Awful experience. The medical provider they matched me with was rude and disrespectful just because I had questions about the pharmacy. When I tried to get assistance from push health … it took 5 emails snd two phone calls snd a week to only find out that a new charge will be made if I need to obtain a prior authorization for my insurance. They don’t tell you this until after you pay the 65$ . So I basically lost 65$ snd never was able to get my medicine.
Don’t walk . Run ! Not worth the stress

Scam- Paid 65 and received nothing
Scam- Paid 65 and received nothing
Stay away from them. I submitted online form and paid 65 for a prescription. They sent the script to pharmacy. Pharmacist couldn't fill the prescription and needed to verify some information. Both pharmacist and I tried to contact Push Health countless times, but this provider is nowhere to be reached.

Definitely a scam
This place is such a scam. First of, the provider writing my prescription never had an appointment with me (just approved the medication and dosage I listed in the contact form), and she is a dermatologist. My issue is not related to the skin, I'm not even sure how that is legal. Sure seems like that would have a lot of liability issues.
But it's ok, I haven't actually gotten my prescription filled. The pharmacy requested a prior authorization and diagnosis code. When I related that to the provider, she said it would cost an additional $50. I paid, but the pharmacy has yet to receive anything. I emailed customer support, and after about a week, they told me that sometimes it takes a couple days for stuff to get sent to the pharmacy. I replied that, as mentioned in my email, it had been three weeks at that point. They never replied again either. Also, when the pharmacy tried to call the number on the prescription of the prescribing doctor, they got a message saying the number was out of service.
So yeah, save your money and go somewhere else.
