Took my money and then went MIA. No meds received. No responses from doc or Push Health. 😞 I’m still sick and suffering.

At first PushHealth worked out very well. I would get charged $73.99 for a 90-day supply. Then a few months ago when I requested a refill, they told me that, due to cost increases, they can now only do 30-day supplies. So that would mean I now have to pay $73.99 every month instead of every 3 months. Seriously? When I complained and threatened to take my business elsewhere, they agreed to prescribe the 90-day supply this one last time. So it is possible to prescribe 90-day supply after all and they lied to me. I can see increasing the cost a little, but 3X? I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Finally after a day, two Push providers, I have a antibiotic prescription I can pick up tonight at 7:33 at my CVS. The first doctor asked me a question at 10:33 last night, I replied at 10:39 pm, then she went silent until 10 am this morning when I asked for her to be replaced. The new nurse draged it out futher. Disputing my request. I suggested the exact same drugs that were prescribed by Push in 2021. That's all I knew. I didn't want Cipro. The new nurse argued, even offered to terminate the transaction. (This kind of threat while a patient is having painful UTI is really bad) Pathetic customer service. Not close to 2021. Totally pathetic company. They don't care about their customers. I had a UTI, needed antibiotics. Stay away

Dr. Marlo Pichardo, PA-C in Meridian ID receives an F- for refusing to do her duties and refusing to help someone in a time sensitive situation for no reason. Find a local doctor and don’t waste valuable time here. You get assigned to a doctor and can’t change it on push health, which makes no sense for an online solution. Also push health won’t take calls from patients only doctors. If you request an antibiotic on PH for an ear infection the doctor specifically Dr. Marlo Pichardo can just deny it because you refuse to go to the ER and get spinal tap. My wife does not have symptoms of meningitis. Mrs Pichardo said “it might be meningitis?” Me saying it’s not meningitis is apparently enough to ghost a patient? Very professional behavior. I politely said she has no symptoms of meningitis in the email and was ghosted. I have screenshoted the emails if this review is disputed. After 5 emails you realize all doctors even the nice ones are only in it for the money. I offered to do a video conference with my wife so she can see my wife is working from home and not in bed dying. Plus I listed all the symptoms of meningitis in the email and reiterated she has none of the symptoms, still no response. If it has all the symptoms of a covid ear infection which can be serious but not critical, not enough for a ER visit and a spinal tap. It’s usually a steroid and or antibiotic. Simple prescription, nothing complex or even an abused drug. My honest opinion is find a local doctor you can trust that won’t ghost you in your time of need especially after being a 3 time returning loyal customer. Stay away from push health and doctors that don’t listen to or help their patients in the time of need like Dr. Marlo Pichardo In the Idaho health care system.,
