Chinese company masquerading as an American company. They charged me alot more than what I was initially billed for. I didn't even realise this, until I had to open a PayPal case, when I repeatedly tried contacting the company after my order hadn't been sent after 9 days. Only to be ignored, and so did the messages I sent them trying to cancel my order, after realising they conned me out of more money. One day short of winning my PayPal case they finally gave a tracking number. Which shows it hadn't been sent until 3 days after I tried to cancel my order. I still haven't received the shirt. Tracking shows the order supposedly hasn't moved since getting to Australia. Fraudulent company. Don't be sucked in like I was. Purchased on the 23rd August and still haven't received. Even though they claim delivery within 5 to 8 days

Got the shirts from them and they are not as advertised. They are two sizes smaller as shown. The XL in their website is 50in bust but when you get the shirts they are 42in. When you ask for an exchange, they try to tell you to keep the shirts and hand out a 5$ discount cause their reason is that the return cost is higher than the purchase. Also check your receipt, they will not give you the discount. I used PayPal and saw that the charge was 15$ higher.

Fake tracking number; never delivered merchandise we ordered.

My best advise is AVOID at all costs. Shipped wrong item from Chicago, Ill. and when only offered $3.00 refund. This company is from Hong Kong and in order to get a full refund, they required shipping the item back to Hong Kong on my costs. Horrible customer service, product quality average. This company is a SHAM and you should avoid at all costs,

Bought a $35 shirt from this company. Website says they’re based in the US, they’re not they’re in China. The quality of the shirt was awful. Requested to send it back but got offered a $3 refund. After multiple emails got offered a little more but nothing like a full refund. Just avoid them.

I ordered size 3XL shirts, when I wear a 2XL, thinking I might better Size Up to be Safe. These are no larger then Medium - they DONT even come to my waist in length. For an $81 order, they offered me a $9 credit to keep them. And the QUALITY of the print is NOT whats shown on their website. The print image is totally blurred, not bright and clear. But the main problem is they are just TOO SMALL.

Terrible quality prints on the shirts! Absolutely ridiculous! Images are pixelated, cropped, literally bad photoshop! When I asked for my money back they offered me $5 as a sign of goodwill!

The company offers easy returns but this is not true. I ordered 2 ea 3XL Mens Hawaiin Shirts, I normally wear 2XL. They were ridiculously short and short-sleeved. They were a better fit for my wife who wears medium ladies. The company suggested I accept a 4 dollar refund for a 24-dollar shirt, and give the shirts to someone who might appreciate them. I have been writing their customer support daily for over a week. There have been no sincere attempts to provide a reasonable refund. Web site indicates: To start a return, you can contact us at supportATpurshoadex.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support Actual experience was no refund, no return label, no support. I would not purchase again if it were free.
