0. I knew as soon as I saw their "professional shipping" page that I was scammed. I was trying to get it mailed to Davis california, now it's in Italy.

The shirt exceeded my expectations

100% should have came here first before I bought from this company. I usually do my research first, but totally didn't this time around. To make it short, their totally useless tracking company said the package was delivered by the USPS at a time that is very much not possible. I live in a rural area that the mail is NEVER delivered before 1pm. The tracking said it was delivered at 9:42am. No one showed up on my camera footage or my neighbor's at this time, yet they insist it was delivered. The mail delivery, as usual, did show up on the cam footage after 1pm. If anything, my postal person of 15 years is consistent. On a plus note, they did offer to pay a portion to reship it. I only had to pay $9. 🤣. Might as well burn that $9. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not much more I can say. EDIT: I was finally AWARDED (🏆) a full refund after a lot of going around and around with this bunch and them accusing my local postaI service of not actually delivering the package. It all came down to the address THEY put on the package WAS NOT even my address and was delivered to a totally unknown residence. I hope that person enjoys the free shirt, if they actually got it. Moreover, my initial rating still stands.

All sizes were wrong.

I reciieved the shirts fairly quickly. There were 4 in total. Two shirts had a straight cut on the bottom which fit fine and I like and the other two had a curve cut whick causes the shirts to be small in length. I would give a 5 star if all the shirrts had a staight cut on the bottom. I did check the web page and saw that all the shirts I ordered had a staight cut yet 2 of the 4 I received did not.

Took a bit to come and runs smaller than expected. Love the pattern and nice fabric to T shirt. Can wear it.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I bought 6 shirts and paid an additional $15.99 for rush delivery because I needed my order by a specific date. When my order did not arrive, the tracking information showed little to no movement, and I received inconsistent updates regarding its location. Customer service repeatedly referred me to the shipping carrier but could not provide a clear delivery date. What concerned me most was being told that the company does not charge for or control the rush delivery fee, even though the $15.99 expedited shipping option was presented during checkout on their website. That explanation was confusing and left me wondering who actually received the payment for the service I purchased. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed shipping, and unclear explanation regarding the rush delivery charge made this a very frustrating experience. I would be cautious if you're ordering something that needs to arrive by a specific date.
