Devin and Braiden were very informative!

This company has cost me thousands in corrective actions. Sometimes they are good and sometimes you fall through their cracks—failure to remember and provide specific care for your lawn’s issues, timely action on what’s needed, not returning calls, and not resolving issues before they become worse. You have to hound them and they simply don’t follow through. Then, they are happy to give you a quote to correct the issue they caused/contributed to causing. Some individuals are amazing and sometimes the work is solid. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was an irrigation inspection and repair at an hourly rate that I’ve never even seen a lawyer charge, then a charge that was well beyond the services rendered and time spent (I pre inspected, I was there during, and I post inspected), and repeated failure to provide an itemized receipt despite my multiple requests over many weeks, which were vocally promised and then…nothing.

Danielle & Braydo are outstanding in product knowledge, application & outstanding customer service. I am so appreciative of Danielle & Braydon along with Misty & Jay from Purple Care. These folks show up when they say they will; always check in with us; respond to questions and concerns; and willing to make a repeat visit when requested. Devon has been a friendly face for a year now. We appreciate his care.

Kaleb is always great in asking if there are areas of concern and in explaining what services will be done. His customer service is great! As long as Kaleb is the one taking care of my yard, I will continue to be a happy customer!
