So far everything has been great. There was a little confusion at first about what area of my yard needed taken care of. After talking to the office (not sure of her name but she was super helpful) Kaleb came back and took care of everything that got missed and did a great job talking to me and making sure we were all on the same page with what areas need taken care of and what needs done to get my lawn looking good.

We are satisfied customers of Purple Care because of how great our lawn looks. Technician Kaleb is such a great help to us because he takes the time to do a thorough job with the coverage of product onto our lawn. Whenever we talk to Kaleb he explains the product and how it is benefiting our lawn.He politely answers all of our questions. We highly recommend Purple Care!

Customer service is great. I have used other companies in the past and had many issues ranging from weed control, chemical burnt spots, etc...Have been using Purple Care for about 2 years now and very satisfied. Kaleb, our technician, is very knowledgeable and informative.
