Do not buy a mattress from this company. I am a disabled veteran with hip problems and this company refuses to uphold their warranty. The mattress is indented in more than an inch, I am within the warranty window and they refuse to apply the warrant. They lost a customer and I will be reporting them to the FTC.

I bought King purple sheets -- after a little over a month of struggling to put them on my KING bed after each wash....I looked at the tag and discovered they were for a FULL bed. They refused to replace because it was over 30 days. Wow.. poor customer service.

This purchase of this hi quality Mattress was a nightmare. I paid $10,000 for a mattress and a base. I hadn't heard from the company so I called them and they told me that I did not have an order for a bed or a frame only a pillow. That was the beginning of this nightmare. This is a high-quality mattress and the service that I got was unacceptable. I think I called them 10 times trying to figure out where my mattress was cause they had the wrong email address. I called the, delivery company and they did not have my second order I had to fill out a lot of paperwork to file a claim, I haven't received my mattress yet so I can't really say how good the mattress is. I just want everyone to know that if you do purchase a mattress from purple you will probably go through a lot of issues with this company. I am remodeling my home and I have purchased for many other companies and I have had no issues, but with purple I have, so just be aware of this company.

I wake up in pain every day. Don't waste your money. They give 100 nights, but they also say there's an adjustment period for your body. Big waste of money. I will not stop sharing my experience.

Absolute nightmare. Spent over 6k and received incorrect mattress and broken base. Over 2 months later and we don't have our products or our money back and having a hard time getting answers

I purchased the complete set, including the king mattress, protector, soft stretch sheets, Perfect Stay duvet and cover, and Freeform king pillows. I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase any of these products! I felt more comfortable on my regular mattress with a 3-inch memory foam pad from Walmart. The pillows feel like rocks by the time you wake up, no matter how you adjust them. While the sheets initially feel amazing, they developed holes after just five months of use. I had to submit a warranty claim for the duvet cover because the zipper came off track. The replacement now has a section where the zipper fabric has detached from the cover. Additionally, the duvet gets extremely hot at night, regardless of the room temperature. Trust me, 100 nights is NOT enough time to properly test these products. Stay away unless you’re willing to reinvest in replacements every few months! After spending $3,343.08, I’m left with lots of regrets and no real recourse. I wake up every day with neck pain and headaches.

The pillow core will go flat right after the 100 night guarantee ends. They offer a one year warranty which is worthless. You’ll pay $200 for a pillow and constantly have to ask for new cores which they’ll only send you for a year. Meaning a $200 pillow last you a year… what a joke. I worked with management and they did nothing, do not waste your time. Listen to the other reviews, I should’ve.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to sell there house with purple bricks. The sales person that comes to see you does an excellent job of signing you up. Once committed and paid your fee the service goes down hill.The online booking service is not suitable for everyone and trying to speak to a member of staff is difficult such a poor service. You also have to take out a lifetime legal membership and after 3 months it starts coming out your bank as a direct debit. Totally not needed. They keep your house on the market for 6 months then if you want to register again you have to pay another fee.
