I have been using Purity Products for several years and I have never had an issue with cancelling any particular supplement. Their on-line order system is easy to use and control the shipment frequency of all items. Also they assign an associate to check with me periodically about what I think and she has been helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. Overall I think the company is exceptional.
