Never received filters this is a scam. But they did charge our account for $68. They are crooks do not buy from them.

Purchased a 2 pack of XWFE filters for my GE refrigerator. They didn't fit correctly and generated an error message that wouldn't let me use my water. Replacing with the old filter corrected the issue. Although I'm waiting to hear back from GE, I suspect these are fraudulent. The fitment is too tight, there is no serial number on the new filter compared to the original filter and they bear a "Made in China" instead of the "Made in the USA" (as seen on my original filter) on the label. I did request a refund which was promptly received back in my PayPal account.

SCAM!! The connectors are different, the colors on the label are different. Wish we'd have looked here first. Also thought we were getting a good deal. I need to listen to my own advice.....if it seems too good to be true.....IT IS!!!!!

Filters are a knock off and don't work. Do not use this scam company !

Sadly did not look at reviews before buying and was also scammed. Ordered three filters thinking I was getting a great deal instead I was getting unusable garbage.

Yup. Wish I would've thought to check here first. They are a scam. Send filters with no RFID chips. They don't work. Luckily they refunded me but ya they suck. Avoid.

I attempted to order some GE water filters that appear to be the OEM type filters. I placed the order, and immediately got the "something went wrong" message. I checked my CC info, and a charge was attempted to Hong Kong. Thankfully, it did not go through (at least not yet)! I did not receive any confirmation of order, so I'm hopeful that I'm safe. Bottom line: BE WARY, BE CAREFUL!!!!

Scam for sure. I ordered and realized after I received tracking info that it was coming from CHINA and not the US as per their website. I couldn't understand the tracking info so I emailed them and asked for a refund and thankfully they immediately processed it thru PayPal. My dad used to always say "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is". Well said, Dad.
