Max was very helpful and quick to resolve my problem. I've used Purgo for several months with no problems at all. I had some user error issues and Max was polite and extremely attentive to the situation.

I have been using Purgo Labs for a handful of orders over this past year. Their products are solid, their prices are great, but it’s their backend operation that keeps me coming back. Every single order I’ve had has been turned around lightning fast and their response to questions or concerns has been equally prompt. Not too long ago I had an issue - that ended up being something is the shipping co messed up - and Purgo’s customer service looked into it and got back to me SAME DAY. I know you can’t always expect that type of turn around, especially as companies grow, but it’s them making what is important to me also important to them that really makes them stand out. It’s why I keep coming back and it’s why I recommend them to others. You just don’t get that too many places these days. Give them a shot. You won’t regret it. Also, side note, they have a Honey Balm GHK-CU (2400 mg) - not normally into those sorts of products but it was part of a promo and it is fantastic. Definitely will be adding it to my normal orders.

Delivered early. Only complaint is I am not sure about reconstruction but I will figure it out

Had an issue with my peptide not dissolving completely. Emailed customer support and they responded within 5 minutes! They sent out a replacement vial promptly the next morning and it's perfect. Now that's what you call "customer service"! Very satisfied with Purgo Labs.

I have been using this site for a little bit of time, their customer service is impeccable, their delivery is FAST, their responses to emails are always professional and helpful. The products themselves seem to work quite well not getting into specifics.
