DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM "business". Did not receive order, and they did nothing to resolve the issue; had to request a charge back from my credit card. The product is disgusting. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I bought this product after seeing Dr. Barbara talk about on a Reel. I didn't think it was an AI generated ad but now I'm starting to wonder. I got my package and looked at the sender and it said, Lucky WangLucky on it. That obviously made me skeptical, so I emailed the sender twice now and no response. I guess I'm going to have to submit a complaint with my credit card company as I refuse to put anything in my body from Lucky WangLucky and a company whose customer service doesn't respond. I wouldn't buy from this company again, seems very sketchy and who knows what's even in the bottles. No thanks!

The company charged me $147 for 4 bottles and said it was shipped. I never received my order and they refuse to resend or reimburse me for my order. They said that the post office said it was delivered but I never received it. Very poor customer service. They got back to me quickly is the only reason they get 1 star.

Customer support is difficult to work with through email. The phone number listed on their website is not correct. Their customer support keeps telling me that they cannot cancel the subscription that I need to go to the portal, however, there is no portal to log into to cancel. They keep insisting on sending me the product and charging my credit card without my consent.

This company scams people. Customer service horrible. Bait and switch re refunding money. Starts w ,$18, then $35, then $75. When you finally say ok. Now your getting nothing! Won't take unused, sealed product back as guarantee claims. Don't order from here

This is a total scam. It appeared in my email as if I had ordered this and when I checked it today's date was the date of the order and my credit card was being charged. Never ordered, don't want it. Total fraud.

Do not buy this product! I asked for my order to be cancelled on July 16th and not only it wasn’t cancelled but I was charged for another order in August. I think their customer service is horrible and they don’t do what you need them to do. On top of that, I never got a straight answer about where that product was made……

Stay away from this company. worst people I ever delt with. They will be out of business before long.
