Terrible. Product smells like urine. Had to go 6.deep in emails to there to finally get them to cancel. AVOID this company! DO NOT order product from them.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My product was delayed by a month, and then once I received it, I used as directed with ZERO positive results. Per the return policy online, I reached out for a refund. I am now being told my refund request is "in review" with no decision date indicated. I am so upset that I spend my money with this company. Total scam.

I ordered what was labeled 'digestive balance'. I received 'thyroid balance'. I contacted them through email. They said, "it's the same thing". Well, I did not order thyroid balance. There's nothing wrong with my thyroid. My digestion, however, is a little troublesome, but I could not get a refund. And it was rather difficult to cancel the subscription

My order arrived 3 weeks late. I paused the subscription and they sent it twice more and charged me both times as well. I asked for a refund and they said no because I didn't use it consistently for 90 days when I started having anal bleeding from using it!! They offer a $14.95 refund when they took over $200 from me without authorization. It tastes like dirt . The bleeding stopped when I stopped taking it. This company is a scam and Emma is a liar . Don't trust them!!

NASTY! Supposed to have a 90 day money back guarantee. Phone number provided does not work. (420-705-1232) Other number (307-430-1147) is constant busy. A true business would have an 800 number. Send a 2nd order 1 week after 1st order. SCAM

I tried to get a refund for this product and the most they could come up with was $18!! I got to "keep the product" which was supposed to be a bonus for me even though I was not satisfied with it to begin with.

I ordered three bottles of Pureveen. The package came and one of the bottles was clearly broken and leaked all over the package. I e-mailed the company back and forth and they will not replace the broken bottle. Their reasoning makes no sense. They keep saying that the package was delivered and signed for but will not address the broken bottle. I said that I cannot order again as what if another bottle comes broken. and they don't replace it. This is a loss of $$$$ for me. I got absolutely no recourse for this. I cannot order again from this company.

This company is a scam. Shipped from China!!! Plus I was automatically subscribed and charged for a second order that I did not approve, and then it never came to my home despite what the tracking said. I was able to cancel future shipments, but no refund given. Very alarmed at the BOLD rip off. Such shameful tactics when all we Hashimotos patients want is to feel healthy again. I feel like such a fool that I fell for it.
