Scam company. I got sucked into buying a digestive product but received a thyroid product. They claim their the same and won't refund because its the same product. Bogus! Stay away from this company.

i wanted one bottle to try they sent 6 and charged me for it then sent another 6 then another six ...hitting my card 3 times and when i asked to cancel they said it was shipped again no refunds ... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , TASTES NASTY AND DOENT WORK !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

You sent me the wrong product. I paid for the digestive drops, and you sent me the thyroid balance. I tried calling your phone number and could not get through. I sent two emails and did not get a response. Either send me what I paid for, or please return my money

This company has taken two payments , I missed that I’d signed up for a subscription which was likely not clear , so when I got the second order I contacted Pureveen to cancel it . I’ve been told repeatedly they cannot cancel it ?!? This is absolutely unacceptable! I accused them of being a scam , they said they’re not , well if you’re not , cancel my subscription!!! . I have been told to contact my bank to refuse future payments which I will do , but Pureveen PLEASE NOTE any further goods sent, won’t be returned by me . What a way to run a business!! Even if I liked the product , it’s too early to say if any good for me, I never want to deal with this business again .

Total scam. No option to cancel subscription, customer support email is a BOT. Phone rings busy. Physical address is known for multiple scams 30 N Gould St Sheridan Wy 82801. Merchant i paid through is also a BOT.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. I waited over 2 months for the shipment (from China) and never received my order. The customer service email is complete AI and only offered a partial credit on a future order because they claim it had been delivered. Highly suspicious since I was checking the tracking daily and it all of a sudden showed it had been delivered 2 weeks prior. Total scam.

I have never received the first order from sometime in June but I certainly had to pay for it. I have lost track of how many incredibly long emails back-and-forth and sets of explanations one after another. It's quite ridiculous. Very frustrating, do not buy the stuff. I still have not received a refund for something that has never arrived. It's annoying to basically be called a liar.

Well, I first gave PUREVEEN A Fair to Good review! But now... I am changing it to POOR! I received an email this morning from them saying: thanks for your reorder! I did NOT reorder! In fact, I sent them an email on August 20, telling them to CANCEL ALL FUTURE SHIPMENTS, that the product showed no new help after week 1. And that "TASTE" is HORRIBLE! 🤢🤮! Now, I have to worry about getting my money back! Shame on them for causing this horrible mess! I guess someone can't understand plain English! But I put it very simple! CANCEL & DO NOT SHIP!
