It appears to be almost impossible to cancel. I did NOT sign up for subscription and cannot get it cancelled. Support is worthless. Phone is 100% busy over 3 weeks and mail to listed address is returned as non deliverable. A SCAM! And they are shipping mre another three bottles after all that!!! Oh and you cannot return them, another false advertising. WY Goverment, please shutvthem down!!

These drops did absolutely nothing for me. I contacted customer support like it advertises for a full refund “no questions, no hassle” and it’s been 3 weeks of fighting back and forth and I still have no refund. Emma who seems to be the ONLY rep, tried to make my refund into a missing package case, then told me she could not connect me with a supervisor. Last week she tried to say she would partially refund it and it was approved but could not provide me with a confirmation number. I sent a separate email requesting a different person and it was still her but now she is saying the refund does not show. This has been a waste of time and a HUGE headache and hassle. I left my last email stating I would contact my lawyer and I plan to do just that if something is not done today and I receive a confirmation number for my refund.

When I bought it there was nothing listed about a subscription and I told them the product did not work, they won't cancel it and sent me more and charged me more.

This company is a scam. I ordered a cholesterol reducing drops and they sent me thyroid drops. They refuse to refund my money. I've offered to return the thyroid drops if they will send me a return label and they refuse. Stay away from this company!!!

I have tried for the last month to stop ( what they said I subscribed to) I did not! I never subscribe to anything that I have not tried. I can’t seem to get them to cancel. Customer service specialist is no help. What can I do to get this resolved?

Scammers! Do not buy anything from this company. I never received my order so they refunded me but a week later reversed the refund.

I did not sign up for a subscription. And yet I was charged again and when I tried to cancel they kept telling me me they could make my shipments spread out further. I wrote back 18 times to which I always got the run around. I screenshot their cancellation policy and still am getting the run around. I will probably have to cancel my card to get it to stop auto shipping!! So aggrieved.

ABSOLUTE WORST! very inconsistent, mixed channels to return product, wont issue a refund and said, oh I dont have your address on file! Keep the money, not worth the fight working with idiots!
