Just facts… 1. No clear instructions to use product. 2. THEY put me on subscription. 3. Emailed them to CANCEL subscription they could only offer me $21 off. I accepted and then I get another email that the $21 will be off the NEXT bottle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM!!!

First, I ordered the "Digestive" drops and they sent the "Thyroid" drops instead. When I contacted them, they said it was the same product with the same ingredients. I couldn't compare the ingredients, but it's not what I ordered. Second, I only ordered 1 bottle, but the next month I was charged for a second shipment as a subscription. I checked the original invoice, and there was no mention of a subscription -- only 1 bottle purchased. At the same time, I received texts from the company trying to sell me more products, and I specifically said, "no thanks. I only want the singe bottle I ordered" This company should be investigated, shut-down, and fined.

Don’t recall that I purchased the product as a “subscription”. Feeling manipulated. Even if the product proves effective with consistent use, I would rather be empowered to continue rather than manipulated into further purchases. Healing begins with empowerment. I cancelled the subscription I do not recall choosing.

I bought this item and haven’t even gotten through the first bottle and got notified by my cc company asking if I had purchased something from this company. I had only purchased the one order with 3 bottles, and didn’t need any more yet. I then tried to communicate with the company and have continually been told that with my purchase I had a subscription. Which I didn’t! And told them to stop the subscription. The response was that they couldn’t and I keep getting emails showing me how many more times they can attempt to charge my card! It’s insane!! And stupid and robbery!!

this is a scam. you get sucked into a subscription with no notification. Got three bottles and a big deduction to my checking account. you can't reach anyone to stop it or return it or cancel it! three weeks later another 3 bottles arrive! I can't get anyone to cancel bogus subscription! Had to cancel my bank card so they can't hit my account again!!!!!! Don't even click on the website!! Avoid Pureveen!

The official website doesn't mention the country of origin; one package had an American address on it, and the product arrived from China in 18 days. There's never an official address—how can you trust what might be inside these vials? Pureveen or Evoreen—it doesn’t seem like a registered trademark; it looks like a scam. The advertising is convincing, but there’s no assurance of safety or origin. The return I requested has to be shipped back to China at my own expense. I’m sure that if I pressed the issue, they’d offer me a partial refund—it’s all handled by AI. Every now and then, I fall for it again....

This is the most UNETHICAL company I have ever dealt with. They state you can cancel your order within 12 hours. False. I cancelled in 6 hours and Emma claimed she could not find me in the system but there was a charge to my card the next day. I continued to try to cancel, but they sent me another set of drops within four weeks. There is no way to return products because no return address is given. Emails go unanswered. I cannot get a chargeback on my credit card because they want proof of returning the product. There is no way of getting out of the subscription it appears without cancelling my credit card. They refuse to cancel the subscription. When using the account portal, there are options to change the frequency, but no option to cancel.
