I have seen improvement in motivation, not being tired by 3pm and some nights a full nights restful sleep! I’m hopeful for continued improvement.

Good product. Tastes like chocolate. Easy to use. Results are not immediately noticeable but undeniable after a few weeks.

So the taste is kinda not so great but as taking I didn’t noticed changes because I have had hashimotos my whole life I have a goiter and masses on top of it but for the first time after taking this supplement all my blood work came back in the normal range never has that happened I still take my thyroid medication from the dr and the supplement I didn’t change my diet but my gut is working overtime it’s like always moving things feel like they are finally starting to digest like they are supposed to I don’t feel all bloated after I eat and I don’t need to eat a lot either small amounts throughout the day this is a major plus for someone like me who has fought and battled this my whole life I wasn’t supposed to have kids but some how I had 7 healthy babies my 12 year old also has hashimotos and thyroid her vitamin D levels very low I have tried to get her to take this and right away it was working but she said she can’t handle the taste so when she stopped mind you I only had her take half cause her age she started to pass out again at school blood work confirmation shows vitamin D again is way to low!!!! I know this works at least for me and I won’t stop taking it unless I find it causes some cancer or something which I seriously doubt this is a great supplement and all MD and endocrinologist should know about this!!!

After 30 days, hair loss in the shower was greatly reduced! And I could swear my hair seems thicker.

My cramps were genuinely debilitating every month. This past cycle they were maybe a 3 out of 10. I honestly cried because it was so different. Whatever is in this is working for me.

There was a misunderstanding in the beginning and theircustomer service was awesome! I have only been taking for about a month but I am feeling better than I have in months and months and my mood is even lighter!

The brain fog was the worst part of my day. Couldn't focus, couldn't think clearly, felt like I was moving through mud. Week 4 of this and I actually feel sharp again. Hard to explain.
