If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a scam website. My account shows my last shipment was June 30th, but they keep sending me their product and charging me. The site shows that I have no subscription active and it will not let me see previous orders, I can only see that in my Apple wallet. I am now fighting with them and my bank to get my money back and stop payments. When you cancel, they do not send a confirmation so I cannot prove the date. No matter how I sign in, it says I do not have permission to manage my previous order. Very frustrating circle I'm trapped in. Oh! And the package ships from a company named Lucky Wang but the address is for an industrial warehouse in NJ.

Do NOT do business with this company. They do NOT answer their phone. The number rings busy immediately no matter how many times it is called. I ordered their product in August 2026. I did NOT subscribe for additional product. Exactly one month later they charged my account $58.95 and show an order which I did not make. I have had to call the bank, dispute the charges, cancel my card.

Paid for 2 orders and only received one. No tracking info or documentation in order package so it’s impossible to say which order I received. Multiple calls and messages to customer service with no resolution. Do not recommend the risk of ordering online.

The product came half full , I never accepted auto shipment or subscription. They definitely not honored the 90 days refund warranty. It was a real hassle to get only partial of my money back which I was forced to accept or loses all . I definitely not recommend to buy it . Awful experience

On Sept 22, 2026 I was charged $71.40 for a subscription refill (2 bottles of Thyroid Balance) that I did not want, and it was shipped to an address I no longer live at. I emailed the same morning asking to cancel. Support refused to cancel or fully refund, saying it was already processing, and instead offered $14.28, then $28.56, then 50% off a future bottle — each only if I accepted. No tracking number was ever provided. This was the second time: a June 2026 order was also shipped to the wrong address after I asked for a correction. I have now cancelled the subscription. Based on this experience, I can't recommend their autoship program.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam website. No customer service, impossible to cancel subscription or orders. Extremely unhappy. Do no use this product or website!

Don't order this - they charged me for an auto-subscription I definitely did not sign up for - fraud and it doesn't even work!

They refuse to allow a return unopened still sealed shipment. The refuse to refund your money if it doesn't work... thus not honoring their advertised 90-day guarantee!!
