It ships out of China!!! The tracker says shipped from China

First off, I think the product works. HOWEVER, when I ordered more of it, the package has been going in circles in the SE US which is not where I live and "Emma" will not help. Their phone number will no connect, and I can't get a human to respond to me. At this point I'm counting on a bank dispute to save me.

Unwanted subscription that i never signed up for...they take full advantage of customers and do not cancel .... or listen to your complaint, that you never signed up for a subscription..SCAMERS NOT REAL... DONT ORDER

DO NOT order from Pureveen! Though the product is good they automatically sign you up for subscription and recurring orders and then you cannot cancel it when you never ordered it in the first place. Horrible customer service. Too bad because the product helps my thyroid. I will never deal with them again.

I didn't know it was a subscription. I tried to cancel and they said I CANNOT cancel. They didn't even tell me when my subscription ended. I do not have a manager’s name or a company phone number in the account details available here. The contact I can provide is (The same sender who sent this) and the website is pureveen.com. There is no expiration date recorded for the subscription. The delivery frequency was updated successfully, and deliveries are now every 8 weeks. The account record does not show that removing the card token stopped future charges or shipments, so I cannot state that future charges or shipments have stopped.

Any good reviews here are fake! This company automatically subscribes you! It will continue to charge your credit card daily and or weekly! The bots will tell you they will cancel your subscription but they do not! Cancel your card immediately! If you have not ordered yet, count your blessings and RUN!!! This company needs to be reported and I’m working on that!!!

This is a scam company. They sent product I did not order instead of product I did. Then would not answer phone calls( phone number not working). They never sent return info either that I requested. Do NOT trust or order from this company!

I cancelled subscription order before they made another shipment. They acknowledge they made this error, but rather than sending a prepaid shipping label so I can return the shipment, they will only offer a refund a refund of less than half. I have been going back and forth with then for several days but they will not budge. I really can't believe that they think this is good customer service. I would not recommend dealing with them directly. Purchase from Amazon only.
