The back and forth is ridiculous in emails and I dont think its a human either. Customer service is terrible probably not this country. I order 2 products and I got one and had at least 10 emails back and forth telling them I didnt receive my 2nd bottle paid 38 dollars for. Im disgusted so many emails. I littler didnt recienve and they said It says item delivered. Yes 1 bottle I ordered one thyroid one liver. Bottle. The. They try to say the labels different and its one bottle. Do not buy its a hassle to get someone and this straight I will.use and ask at end of 90 days for full refund after reporting to atty general.

As with many others, I received a shipment notice and charge to my c/card after I’d cancelled future orders, almost a month earlier.

Complete and total scam. They auto sign you up for subscriptions, the product changes when opened making not only its efficacy but safety questionable. They refuse all refunds and auto-ship. They also have hidden buttons: The cancel option is buried deep inside menus or tiny print. Obstruction: The site makes you click through many confusing screens to stop payments. You have to blindly click around on the cancel subscription page that you didn't even sign up for to try and unsubscribe. Please read reviews on Trustpilot, Facebook, and google. These people have scammed hundreds of people. I just put in a claim with the ftc & Wyoming Attorney General's Fraud Division. I lost $300 to them.

This one star is because they are stealing money out of peoples accounts. Ordered one one time order and they are taking $53 out of my account every month now I will Dispute. I would like my money back if a company can’t be honest By only sending you what they order and not using your card underhandedly their product. I’m sure is not worth a dime.

Never received order. Blamed on the shipper but never received anything. Then they said I marked auto ship and repeatedly tried to charge my card (blocked and unsuccessful).This is a scam and I highly recommend NOT doing business with them.

This company is so shady. Do not use them they have you unknowingly sign up for recurring auto shipping and will not cancel. I ordered product and then received a text wanting to verify my address. I immediately got a bad feeling and asked her to cancel the order. The lady texting says she didn’t have my info and couldn’t cancel even though she had my address information. I emailed support immediately and they said they couldn’t cancel because they couldn’t find my order but then shipped it out an hour later. Emma is the worst and lies about everything I talked to her about. They will not cancel your auto ship but you can go to their website put in your order number and cancel from there. They won’t tell you that. They don’t make it easy even in the website. I’m not sure how this company who is obviously scamming people is in business and haven’t been shut down.

WARNING!!!! I would give this company a 0/5 if I could, I ordered a 1 time purchase but was placed on a subscription, I have emailed them more than twice to cancel the subscription but they keep billing my card. I usually NEVER write an unfavorable review unless the experience is excruciating, which this one has been; I have had to cancel my card and now I am inconvenienced waiting on a new one; this company is not one that you want to get roped into; STAY AWAY!!!

I have now placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that this is a scam.
