A+ Service!
I have been using Pureplus water filters in my countertop water pitcher for awhile. I have been happy with them, but my five stars are for their EXCELLENT customer service! I had changed the filter when the red light went on. The new one was still showing a red light so I contacted them regarding a replacement. They got back to me right away. They walked me through doing a reset on the pitcher, which I had done on an earlier replacement and had forgotten. They were prompt in their response, kind, and helpful. With so many products bought online, a company with outstanding service is a keeper! I will continue to purchase from them. Linda Kiebish
