Absolutely terrible! refused to refund or cancel my order despite it not being shipped out yet. scam

This is the one teeth whitening company I trust to actually whiten my teeth. Most places and other companies make my teeth sensitive when whitening them but Purely White does not do that. Shipping is fast. I also had a question about my order and custom service was quick to respond. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a legit teeth whitener!

This will be the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this company (which is less than 100 miles from where I live) and this is the 2nd time I’ve had shipping issues and costumer service issues with them. First off, DHL is a worthless carrier that has no business being and option in domestic ground shipping. Secondly, my latest order was for $100+ (ultimate bundle) and all I receive is a $25 wand refill, and absolutely ZERO answers as to why I didn’t receive what I ordered. There’s no phone contact # and it takes “costumer service” 48hrs to get back to me on my order. This place is a SCAM. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $$.

I love this product! I have been using it for a while now, and I am definitely a satisfied customer! I only regret I did not think about taking "before and after" pictures but I can say the results are amazing. I used the standard tray, which was perfect for my mouth shape, and did not even have to bother preparing the custom trays. It is just perfect, completely pain-free. I was a little scared because I have sensitive teeth, but this product is very gentle and worked just as it was supposed to.
