Ordered the product got it in a fairly timely. Tried it and used it at least six times and noticed a bare minimum of two at a scale of one to 10. Emailed their customer service department and told them I would like the 30 day guarantee and a refund. I literally emailed them five times with no response. They only have a customer service email. I believe the other reviews. I think this is a scam and an out and out lie buyer beware!

I haven't even received the product yet. I ordered it based on the money back guarantee and the advertising that the powder is all you need to achieve the whitening results. Once I hit the place order button they tried to sell me all these other products they insinuated weren't needed like strips, UV lighting, etc. That's also when you find out that items on sale cannot be returned under ANY circumstances. I contacted them within 2-3 minutes asking to cancel the order based on the false advertising. They simply told me no. Too bad. I replied once more expressing my frustration and asking them to cancel. They have simply not responded.

Took my money and added another £10 for postage for one tiny item which never arrived. No known addess and no phone number. Just a gang of fraudsters who shoud be in JAIL. Adverts in the UK are shown as a survey saying the 5 Best Teeth Whitening available and theirs is the cheapest at £22 some others shown at £100 so the person reading this false article is conned into thinking what they area reading is genuine and true. NOT SO. It's all a con to trick you into putting your bank card details into an order. No mention of postage charges next thing you know they have taken your money. I got my bank to freeze my card immediately but had to wait 15 days to lodge a refund claim with the bank due to a card fraud. And the bank blocked them from trying to take more payments. On my bank statement they used the name Giddyup twice with failed attempts to take money from my card. These showing a US dollar claim . Then their 3rd attempt they used Purely white deluxe which for some reason went through despite it NOT coming up on my bank app for checking. I have complained about that as well to Kroo bank UK and will be leaving them when I get my refund.

The most dishonest excuse for a company. They use the cheapest most irresponsible transport company, UniUni, that cannot get a delivery to the final destination to save their lives. The product never arrived. The alleged proof of delivery photo was not our location and yet they refused to reconcile the never delivered transaction. Truly a bunch of thieves that have lost another customer in the pursuit of not honoring delivery of the product they took money for.

Absolutely a horrible company to deal with. They added 2 extra bottles and charged me for it, when I ordered one bottle. They did not respond to my emails. This company has no integrity at all. They cheat you. Do not do any business with this company. Interesting that no one from this low life company has the common courtesy of responding to their majority of negative responses.

i received a package in the mail. I opened it and it was Purely White Deluxe tooth whitener, three items. My credit card had been compromised a number of times but since I did not order this product my credit card company told me not to worry about it. I was checking a credit card bill from a previous month and found a charge for $83.58 from this company. The item actually arrived about six weeks later. My credit card company investigated and removed the charge from my account. I would never use this company.

Total load of crap, doesn't whiten your teeth at all. Don't buy this. If I could give it zero stars I would.

My complaint is about the USA office. They function as a scam set up. They take your funds and cannot be contacted.
