My complaint is about the USA office. They function as a scam set up. They take your funds and cannot be contacted.

I was sent three instead of 1. When I contacted to tell them they said that was what I ordered and I was not able to return. I don't find it to be lightening my teeth after a month of use.

I ordered this accidentally. Within 10 minutes, I tried to cancel. It had not been shipped. I emailed customer support to cancel my order, but they shipped it a day later. They are absolutely fraudulent. Please don't deal with these scammers.

If I could leave zero stars I would!! Do Not Order directly from their website. Their customer service is nonexistent!! My package went missing (that actually was the fault of the Post Office). But asking for help tracking it from their side.....no response. Multiple emails---nothing. And there is no phone number on their website, most likely by design.

Purchased 3 bottles of Purely White Deluxe & after using 1 bottle, did not see any difference. Sent an email letting the company know & they said since I purchased the 2 bottles, get 1 free, I couldn't return the product!

I have ordered from purely white and not revived my package. I have tried to contact them 5 times and have had no reply at all. They claim to respond to e mails within 48 hours but I have not had one response to my 5 emails over a 2 week period. Very upsetting and frustrating. They have stolen my money!!!

This company offered no means of return whatsoever, they said it's just not possible they don't offer a return. They are the worst company I've ever purchased something from. I'm 60 years old and have purchased many things throughout my life, they are by far the worst company. It felt as though somebody had played a sleight of hand trick on me and then nobody did anything about it. Take my advice Don't buy their product You Will be disappointed.

SCAM, TOOK MY MONEY AND NO DELIVERY,, IGNORED ALL COMMUNICATION.
