I will never purchase from purelace shop ever again,I saw this really attractive full lace wig dark brown so I purchased it and still haven't gotten anything I emailed them to let them know they said I should check with the post office which I did but still haven't gotten anything they won't give me back my refund .Do not order from them at all I also saw a review on youtube about how horrible the wig quality is and looks like nothing on the picture .Do not purchase from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned. I have just received the 'Zoey' wig....it is has NO lace, NO baby hairs and looks nothing like the advertised picture.It is absolutely rubbish. They have offered me a 30% refund and the opportunity to keep the crappy wig if I don't do a bad review . I am so disgusted, I can't even wear what i've been sent. I raised a complaint with useless PAYPAL and now the company have lied and said that I'm the one that's not satisfied, they've now told me to pay for mg own p+p to send the wig back and when they receive it they'll refund my money. You disgraceful company - I just know they are going to deny receiving it . I am personally going to make it my mission now to warn everyone I can to steer clear. PLEASE do not be tempted.

I ordered it long back and received after 20 days...what i got is an artificial product..it doesn't look real from any angle nor it has lace or clips. Cannot part from any side...if u try to part it will show black tracks. I asked for refund but saying they will only pay 20%. Please dont order anything from them. I order something and they send a different product.

They don't even deserve one star. They took my money and sent me a cheap wig that looks nothing like what I ordered! Please do not order from them!

I have no clue why I didn't do my research and look for reviews on this company. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This is a whole scammer. I ordered three wigs, waited 5 weeks to receive them and when they came I almost cried. Pure lace? No more like pure plastic i wouldn't even wear these wigs for a Halloween costume. I'm so disappointed.
