They is a scam. They sent me a old lady wig.they are scamming everybody. I am so upset. It is not even a front lace

I ordered a wig unit named Zoey. The unit was supposed to be a 10 inch bob, made where you can part anywhere from the left side to the right side. Instead there was a piece approximately 3"x4" in the top front . If you attempt to part it anywhere on the sides all you see are tracks. It is the worst unit I have ever seen. Is has no combs, and the loops to secure the unit on the right side are sewn together. Also, the hair is longer on one side, approximately 14" Curly.

I ordered a wig from them over a month ago. I was supposed to have it 3-5 days. It is still not here and when I tracked it it was still in China had not even made it to the states. The number listed does not work. I will never order from them again. Chalk this up as lesson learned if I ever get it.

I purchased a wig on the 30th august , even now the is no respond , when i send emails they dont reply on whatsapp theu just blue ticking me , like really what kind of service is this , be carefull is scam

I ordered from Purelace, I ordered three wigs on Aug 26, 2018, the wigs were received today Sep 22, 2018. They are nothing like I ordered. Save your money and pay a little more with a reputable company. This is not a good product you will be sorry. I paid with PayPal so I am going to try and get refunded and send this mess back.

This company is a fraud. They routinely advertise products and then send you a much lower quality product which looks nothing like the one you ordered. Thankfully I ordered thru Paypal. Even though the company refused to issue a refund, Paypal forced them to and gave me back every penny I paid. Be sure to take pics of the ad and your product for a quick refund.
