Insufficient Address
You sent my monthly bottle of Complete Vision on August 14. The USPS attempted to deliver it on Aug. 19, but was unable to for Insufficient Address. I have warned you before that the ink on the plastic bag wears off before it arrives in Miami. The USPS returned the package to you on Aug. 23. I requested that you re-send the bottle in a BOX. The re-shipment did not occur until Aug. 29 and I finally received it today on Sept. 2. I was out of my pills since Aug. 17. I am not happy about this situation or how it was handled.

Would there be a way to get the loyalty rewards applied to the subscription order so that the reward doesn't expire before one gets to use or apply it to the monthly subscription.If anything can be done it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your assistance with issue.
