This is in regards to the ReGrow Hair Activation formula. I have not tried the product so this review is about the very long infomercial. First, I despise these type of advertisements because you can't fast forward or rewind and they are way too long. As is typical with these types of advertisements, they play on your fears First and foremost. In this particular advertisement, the doc is telling us how shameful we should feel if we have hairloss. So a great part of the advertisement is fluff and fillers which brings me to my second point: the ingredients. She mentioned I believe four or five particular ingredients that were suppedly the most important things for hairloss, but I only saw two in the ingredients- Ashwaganda and zinc. She mentioned a specific type of protein, (which I can't remember now), and a DHT blocker( also can't remember what is was called) but was a combination of a letter with numbers. I stared watching it without a pen and paper but then went and retrieve one. Another ingredient She mentioned, and I was very intersed in was Ju Zhong. I do not see that in the ingredients either. So many of the ingredients that were spoken about as the most important, don't appear to be in the product. What I did find, is ingredients that I don't want - a lot of fillers. Maybe some of those ingredients I mentioned go by other names? But where is the Ju Zhong? Also, the advertisement says that you can only order from the website, which is completely untrue. I saw that Walmart and other places sell it. Very deceptive- all of it. I would never order through an infomercial because as people have mentioned in these reviews and my previous experience with other companies, the billing/charges are usually deceptive and leads me to believe the product is not as good as they claim, and they need to use these nefarious tactics to get people to buy a lot more of a product than they would ordinarily buy to try a product.

I just got off the phone with customer service after over 34 minutes and no refund was made after they charged my bank over $232.74. What a SCAMMMMMMMM!!!! No email with invoice was sent but luckily I had screenshot my order upon completion when I purchased my first bottle $69 + tax = $74.35 which was then cancelled by seller and then they somehow processed $232.74... how is that even possible without authorization?

I have purchased several items and I cannot say one way or the other yet. I noticed that you are using canned responses here. That does, unfortunately, suggest that you really don't give a damn about these customers' issues. You should take seriously the fact that there are too many negative comments and stop using canned answers. Pay attention to the fact that many complaints are similar. That is highly suggestive too!

This company made an unauthorised transaction to my account. The transaction has been reported as fraud. I went online looking at supplements but didn't order as the cost was nearly £200, so I bought a similar product for 15.00. When I checked my account I noticed they had claimed £181.28 plus a conversion fee of £5.49. I contacted my bank and the company made 2 unsuccessful attempts followed by a further fraudulent debit the following day. I neither authorised the order, nor gave them my address. Also they did not advise me nor confirm the order. I would advise anyone not to deal with them.

I paid $210 for 3 Liver bottles. They show 3 for $90. After reading reviews I see this is a problem for many. I will not be ordering again. And yes they are constantly trying to get you to buy more product. Turn Off for sure!😤
