Hi Jennifer, Thank you for mentioning the capsules! Several of our customers prefer to open up the capsules instead of taking them whole! My favorite thing to do with the Red Raspberry Ketones is to open them up and dump them in a bottle of water. I have even been known to put them in coffee but then I have to follow up with a ton of water, so I prefer my water bottle. Since we don't put any binders in our products, they don't dissolve 100% but it sure makes my water taste good! Some of our customers open up the green coffee bean capsules and take them with a tablespoon of applesauce! (Since they are really bitter I wouldn't recommend putting them in water, but you sure could!) Please feel free to contact us if we can be of further assistance! Dorene
