Hi, Thank you very much for your review. I just wanted to share some advice, while you have some capsules left. You should be taking 2x capsules, 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals. You may also want to take them with all 3 meals. You should also be drinking ALOT of water when you take them. I advise people a 10oz glass with each serving, but you need to be drinking more than that throughout the day. See if your results to not improve, when you make those adjustments. I just wanted to share some advice, as it seems you are not seeing the amazing weight loss that most people get with the Green Coffee Bean and Red Raspberry. Make sure you are taking 2x capsules of both, with all three meals a day. I say all three because you may need to up your servings. And you need to be drinking alot of water everyday-at least 100 ounces. See what happens when you make those adjustments. Thanks again for your purchase and happy holidays. Hi Patricia, Thank you very much for the kind review. And do not be deterred! It can take some people a little while to get started, even 2 months. I would suggest you start taking the supplement with all 3 meals and day and double the amount of water you are drinking. You may want to try our Raspberry Ketones along with the Green Coffee, but I would totally start taking it will all three meals.
