It's been at least 3weeks and I have not gotten my product, so I cant review the company correctly

Have not received product yet

I ordered the items with expedited shipping and the site never reported the items were not available. I still have not received my order and have not been informed if I will be refunded for the expedited shipping request.

Because of a large amount of orders for the product I requested, I will not get my order for 2 weeks and maybe longer. They did however answer my email within 12 hours of inquiring about my order not being processed. As of now, still have not received my product and it has not been processed.

It's been some time and we've not received our item. We don't think it should have taken this long. Is there a problem?

I placed an order 4/26 and today is 5/8 and have not received my order.

I emailed about 4 times with no response in regards to my order that was placed on May 1st. I was wondering how come it has not shipped yet. Nobody took the time to respond back and tell me that because of the run of orders, it was taking longer for them to ship.
