I like to order over the phone. When I called the first time it was Christmas Eve and I got a recording which stated that I would get a call back the day after Christmas if I left my number. Instead, I called back and was assisted by a very helpful and pleasant woman. After she helped my decide what products would be best for me and how to use them I got my products within the week. My experience with the sales people at Pure Health, information they have given when asked about products make working with the company a joy. The products, particularly the Green Coffee Extract and the Raspberry Key tones have aided me in a weight reduction of forty pounds since last June and with no pain. Hi Ivy, I was very sorry to read that you were not happy with our supplements and your weight loss. I would give a couple suggestions that may improve your experience with the supplements. You should be taking 2x of each supplement-30 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day. All the while you should be drinking alot of water, at least half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weight 120 lbs. You need to drink at least 60oz of water everyday. And you may want to try taking the supplement 3x a day with all 3 meals. I was so excited to find no sugar added juices! Well not only No Sugar, but also no other preservatives - just 100 % natural.... I tried all of the juices - and simply Love them. My favorites are Mangosteen and Goji! I also got to mention Black Rasberry supplements- nothing added . Just love all the products I have tried! I bought my pure green coffee bean pills by pure health from walmart because it says it has no fillers...took 2x a day 30min to 1hr before meals for 2 weeks...I had bought two bottles just to really give them a try...they actually caused me to gain five pounds, I am gluten intolerant and my diet basically consists of fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, rice and yogurt...I really wanted this to work cause I have really bad joints and am not able to exercise except for walking...doctor's orders...I also have hypothyroidism and Lupus in which I take a lot of other medications, don't know if that it the reason it didn't work, but I couldn't afford to put on any more weight on my joints so I stopped taking them after I ran out of them..I only drink lots of water and sodium free crystal light more than gallon a day combined so I drank enough for the recommended half your body weight...I did notice that my fingers and ankles swelled a lot while I was taking the pills so bad I had to remove all of my rings and socks so they didn't cut off the circulation...I do not recommend taking this product if you have any health issues even though it says 100% natural...as for everyone else's success I wish them the best

Hi Amanda, Thank you very much for your review of Pure Health. It is important to do a little research regarding how weight loss supplements work to see if the one you choose will be the right one for you. Green Coffee Bean (GCB) works by supporting healthy blood sugar levels. Most of the promising studies on GCB had used subjects that had not yet participated in exercise or have not decreased their carb intakes at all. Subsequently, most of these individuals showed the biggest improvements in blood sugar levels, which helped them to reduce their weight. Although you aren’t exercising, the diet you listed seems to be stabilizing for blood sugar levels, and so you are doing much of the work of the GCB, yourself. The weight gain you are experiencing is likely due to other factors, most likely from water retention. Because your rings aren’t fitting, and socks are too tight, you are retaining a lot of water, and adding the extra few pounds. Although the GCB didn’t work for you (not every “proven” pain reliever works for everyone), there are probably many other supplements that may be helpful for you. You may want to start with a kidney cleanse formula from the health food store to see if it can help to release the extra water gain. Best of luck to you! Sincerely, Brent from Pure Health.
