I have yet to receive my order or a communication from Pure Health about when I can expect to receive it. I placed the order on 5/5/12, and today is 5/14/12. My invoice does not show that it has been shipped, yet they've had my money since 5/5. Why would they ask me for a review when they haven't even sent my order yet? This constitutes very bad customer service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I might need to request a refund from PayPal if I don't get my shipment soon.

I ordered the Green coffee bean extract right after Dr. Oz show aired and have heard nothing back from the company until today. Nancy from Pure Health said they dont take your money from your account until it ships if you use a credit card, but, they took it out immediately and my product still hasnt even shipped and I Dont know when it will ship. My order was placed over two weeks ago.

They took my order. I got the confirmation. I called to ask a question and there was no one there to answer the phone. No voicemail to leave a message.

I AM SO UPSET - WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT SHIP MY PRODUCT??? I DONT CARE HOW BUSY YOU ARE - YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO GET PAID UNTIL YOU SHIP. I TRIED TO CALL YOU DOZEN TIMES ALL I GOT IS A BUSY SIGNAL. IF I COULD I WOULD CANCEL, BUT CANT GET THROUGH TO YOUR COMPANY. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU .

I placed my order with Pure Health on 4/27/12. Today is 5/14/12, and I have not yet received my order, I cannot track my order because the confirmation number shows to be untrackable, I cannot get through on their main phone number because I get a recording stating that this number is "unavailable" and I cannot get a response from the emails I sent to them. I'm beginning to wonder if this company actually exists, and if it does, why won't they contact me? IF I ever receive my order, I definitely will NOT order from them again!!

Shipping was ok and the product was as described.
