I (along with many others I'm sure) placed an order after seeing a segment on the Dr. Oz show. I placed my order over two weeks ago, my VISA has been charged, but I still have not received my product or any indication of when I will. I have resisted temptation to call and inquire, but did send an email 3 days ago and still have not received a response.

I ordered 2 bottles of Green Coffee Bean extract at the end of April. I received an e-mail on May 4, that said extra workers were filling orders day, night and weekends. If they are working around the clock, why is it taking so long? I am not very happy with the customer service. I may have to find another vendor.

When your company gets onto the Dr Oz show, you should be prepared. The excuse that you don't have enough staff to fill orders is not a good one.

Haven't received my products and it's been 12 days since I ordered. I cannot track where they are but hoping they will get here soon.

I sent an order in like 4 weeks ago.....where the heck is it? Not at my house.

Been 10 days since I ordered. Have tried to call customer service but can't get to talk to anyone....so at this point I'm not very happy

I DID order on 4/26. I DID wait wait 18 days to receive my order. I DID get it TODAY! I CAN"T wait to start using the green coffee bean extract. I WILL order from PURE HEALTH again. Pure Health WILL get the orders out. Be patient folks! Maybe this is worth the wait. I'll give a higher rating after the next order. Thank you PURE HEALTH! Good luck with getting the rest of the orders packaged and shipped.

Placed an order, apparently along with hundreds of other people, and still no order and no answer to my emails other than a mass generalized email! Still no clue as to when my order with even ship!!!
