I am so disappointed that I still have not received my order even though it's already been paid for via PayPal. I realise that this item was out of stock due to popular demand because it was endorsed by Dr. Oz on his show, and could understand the delay. However, what is totally unacceptable is that I was (a) not informed of this until I e-mailed asking where my purchase was, then informed that it would be received 12-14 working days from date of purchase.(b) Still no purchase received and also no reply to my second e-mail. I would appreciate a response to this rating.

pure health accepts your orders knowing that they dont have coffee beans in stock......then when you inquire about it they give you an explanation which they should tell people when they place their orders.

I placed the order on May 04,2012, and as of today, May 15, 2012 I have not received the order.

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago-it was charged to my pay-pal but I have never received it. I have sent 2 emails with no reply and have called their customer service number several times (at all different times) and am never able to leave a message as the "mailbox is always full". I order very frequently on line and I would be hard pressed to remember service this bad. I will be calling my credit card company to stop payment on this charge

I never received my order and I couldn't reach anyone via phone nor via email! What a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS IOKE OF A BUSINESS!
