I placed an order on 4-30-12 and it is now 5-15-12 and I still have not received my order. I tried looking it up on their website but there is not a tracking number. I was skeptical regarding this seller because of previous reviews regarding shipping but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway. I spent $58.46 which has already been paid. Some communication would be nice regarding shipping if there is going to be a delay. Now I have to take time out of my day to call this company to try and find out what happened to my order.

I am not happy with the service the company supplies to its customers. I would think I would have recieved an email stating when I might be recieving my package but I have not so I am in limbo. On line it said the item was in stock and It didnt say how many days it would take to ship or anything. a little info would be nice.

It has been 17 dys. since I put my order in and haven't received my Green Coffee Bean or Rasberry Keytone pills yet. I was informed vie your web-page that you have been working around the clock to send out orders. So when I see someone post they have received theirs and I haven't , I am wondering how much longer I am going to have to wait.

I ordered my product on May 2, 2012 and my account was deducted $15.99 on May 3, 2012. I still do not have the product as of May 15, 2012.

I understand that Dr. Oz has made your products very desirable. I have received ONE email with a generic apology. However, I am looking at 3 weeks or more AT LEAST since my purchase and have not received updates. Will I buy again from this company? Not sure, we'll see.
