Order was placed on 4/30/12. You stated the order would be shipped in 14 business days. Still haven't received confirmation that it was shipped. You shouldn't take orders if you can't provide the product in a timely process.

I placed an order for this product over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I then contacted the company for follow up and received no response. Poor customer service...waste of money...spend your money on products that will actually be delivered.

Although it took longer than expected to get my order I understood the delay and did receive my order. I have been taking the green coffee bean extract for over a week now and have lost a few pounds already! This is encouraging to stick with it and step up my game!!!

I appreciated the notification of shipping delays due to a "rush" on your product. Just received it and I enjoyed receiving documentation about Green Coffee Bean supplement. This is the only "pure" Green Coffee Bean product that is out there. It was worth the wait.

i placed an order for a product and was quickly charged for it. however 19 days later i have no product, am unable to contact customer service at the provided number, and the website tells me it can not verify the confirmation number i was provided by the company in an email for my order..i think the website may be fraudulent or sooooo poorly run that they just do not care.in any case i will contact my bank and cancel the charge and i will not revisit the site..it's unfortunate as they appear to carry many good products but my experience has been horrible.

I read the explanation on Facebook as to why product delivery is delayed. I can accept this. However, it ended saying they are only a couple of days behind in shipping. I'ts been 18 days since I place my order and I still have not received it. IF I ever receive the product, I would like to be able to change my rating. Its odd that I received the request for a "review" 7 days after ordering, but still haven't received the product.
