I ordered from pure health on 05/03/12. A few weeks after I sent an email to ask about my order and was told to include my order information and they would track it. I sent another email with the information they requested and never heard back. As of today I've not received my order or any information. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm going to make one more attempted at finding out about my order. If I don't receive an answer, I'm going to cancel, and despute the charge on my credit card. Be careful out there!!!

Items ordered 5/7; 2 emails have been sent by me as to status; no courtesy of reply and nothing has been received. I've filed an action with PayPal.

finally did get my order. took awhile but they still did as they said they would. thanks for not forgetting me. they still followed through. but no response to my emails. DE

This company got a big help from dr oz's recent promotion of one of their products. Very good for them however, they were obviously overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand. The long wait is completely understandable however the fact that they never once sent any communication to their customer is not acceptable. I never received a letter stating that they were behind on orders. I wrote atleast 3 emails without any response. Sent a dispute with paypal and still no contact from the company. Yes maybe this company was better before the promotion from Dr oz, but they now have tarnished their reputation at that cost. Most companies when overwhelmed would have placed a back order, out of stock or order timeline on their webpage to prepare the customer before they put up their money. This company chose not to because they wanted as many orders as possible while the demand was high. Its like once they have your moeny they can make you wait as long as they need. Good for them bad for the customer. I will not order with this company as of today it has been 3 weeks since I sent my order in. Still no product.

I ordered three other things from some other companies a couple of weeks after ordering my green coffee beans and got both of them much faster. Sent three emails and got no answer in return to tell me what was going on with my order.

It's a simple thing to advise your customers of the status of their orders. Couldn't get through on the phone and e-mails weren't returned. I know they were overwhelmed because of Dr. Oz but answer people so they feel safe ordering from the company.

So I ordered my 2 bottles of green coffee bean pills on 5/1. The day after I watched the Oz show. I finally just today received my product after going through paypal to file a dispute and get my money back. I was shocked when I opened my mail and found my package in my mailbox. I thought it was scam but i guess I was wrong. Would I go through this company again to purchase another product? Probably not... they took way to long to send the product and I live in vegas. I thought maybe i'd get my shipment much earlier. GUESS NOT!!
