It took a month for my order to be processed . They kept going back an forth taking the money out of my account and putting it in. if they did not have it in stock or knew it would take this long they should tell you an give you option to cancel or wait it out. But they did make up for it and sent me an extra bottle so I will not complain about that as much an have not tried then yet so just only deduct two..so three stars for me an I will see if I can find them in store so I do not have to wait this long if it is a problem again.

Placed order on 5/9/2012. Sent email to [email protected] on 5/20/2012 inquiring as to the status of my order. Received no response from Pure Health. I did an online inquiry today and it says my order shipped on 5/27/2012 which is a Sunday. The website says they ship USPS or UPS neither of which ship on Sunday. It is now 5/30/2012 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Still no response to my email inquiry. I will no longer do business with this company which is too bad since it seemed like their products would be great and I probably would have been a long time customer.

I placed my order on May 7, 2012 and the money was taken out of my account right away. I still have no product and I haven't, recieved anything telling me when I should expect the Green Coffee Bean Extract I ordered. No one anwers the phone. I would like to hear something from Pure Health.

I still haven't even gotten my order (which i placed the first week in May) so I guess I have to call it bad. How do you review something you don't have? If I ordered some tasty pancakes and before I'd gotten them, the waitress asks me how they are... You get my point. I called customer service last Monday (5/20) and she promised they were on their way. Nope. Still not here. "Where is my tracking/confirmation email?" I asked. "You will have that by Friday (5/25) at the latest.". Nope. Haven't gotten that either. I don't know if it's coming but I can guarantee I will not be using this website ever again or let any friends or family use it, so help me sweet baby Jesus.

Ordered product on 5/09 and as of today, 05-30, I have not received it. I have received no updates and the "track my order" page only shows that it has not shipped. On 5/09 the product was "in stock", according to the site. I understand back orders, especially with a high demand product, but I have no information to suggest this product is on back order. In fact it shows today as "in stock".

I ordered the products May 9th and have still not received them!

your customer service promised my order that I placed on 5/7/12 after I finially call on 5/22 promised my order by 5/25 have not received order 5/30 can't call phone ring one time then beeps

I have been waiting for my green coffee extract. I was told on two occassions that it would be shipped soon. I still have not received it yet the money has come out of my account already. Once I receive the product and try it I would be happy to leave another review.
