Hello Elaine, Thank you very much for the review. I was sorry to read that you were not happy with your weight loss results after a month. I know it can be frustrating. We do have to advise that it can take well over a month. The women who were taking the supplement for about 3 months. And their weight loss was spread out over that period of time. I really like the Pure Health product and it has been a great help to me. When I ran out of the product, I ordered it on line on a Friday late afternoon and I received it on Wednesday which I thought was fantastic. I live in an area where we have very slow mail service so that was very unexpected to get it so soon. i like the product and I particularly enjoyed the brochure that came with it and hope to order some of the other products soon,.
