Jessica was wonderful. Great customer service, she solved our problem w/in an hour. Due to weather complications, and other unknown reasons, it took 3 weeks for us to receive our order. Becca told me I was more than welcome to look at the UPS website or call my post office, which shouldn't have been my job since they are the company that hired someone else to deliver it to us. However Jessica did all of it for us, found out the issue, and it was delivered to us that day. Thanks Jessica!

Great price and product but the shipping speed wasn't that spectacular.

Hello Aarica, Thank you very much for your order. With our free shipping, sometimes it can take a few extra days. Let me explain our shipping process. When you place your order, it normally takes us between 24-48 hrs. to pack and process your order. Then it takes between 7-10 business days to be delivered. The weekends will also add a couple days to the shipping time. Thanks again for your order! Sincerely, Brent from Pure Health
