I was surprised how fast the merchandise was delivered. The prodruct are good quality and pure. When you order you really get what you ordered not a substitute.

Called this company innumerable times and sent 5 emails. Zero response. I ordered green coffee extract from this company before it appeared on Dr. Oz and the powder in the capsules was pale yellow. After ordering again, the powder is dark brown. I took the capsules apart and they taste completely different too. The company refuses to respond to any emails or phone calls. The product is not the same and I would appreciate knowing why.

it took a few weeks to ship my order. they charge my credit card without giving me a tcking number or informing me that they charge my credit card and shipped. I emailed them and call them and it took 5 days to get a response.

The product was delivered as promised. I had a little problem with the Customer Service website. After a week, I still could not get a tracking number for my order. I wrote Customer Service and never did get a reply. I was a little upset but considered that there could have been a problem with my computer and the product did come.

I never got my order I called and email many times and no one ever got back to me.

My order took a long time and there was no communication to inform me of the status. No responses to my requests either until after they got a delivery confirmation. If they were watching for the delivery confirmation, why couldn't they take a minute to let me know they were running late?

The product is wonderful but the time it takes to fill an order is way to long. I used my credit card they charged it, then the charge droped off. 3 weeks later the charge reappeared and then the product came a week later. If you are patient the product is worth the wait.

I do alot of ordering per the internet and this particular web site did not ship the supplement in what I think was a timely manner. I ordered on May 18, 2012 and received them on June 2,2012. I had only one e-mail that gave confirmation of order but no ship date or tracking number. I ended up e-mailing the company asking for some reply about my order but did not get any reply. This took place on May 29, 2012. I like the product but now I have to add two to three weeks for delivery.
