I placed my order in early May. I saw on the confirmation page that my order had shipped on the 28th of May (Memorial Day). Finally got it today(June 12) in the mail. Crazy thing is this weekend while shopping at the local Walmart, I found the exact same Pure Health Coffee Beans!! Same bottle from same company. Now why would you not let all of these people complaining about the poor service know that it is available there? Oh wait! Because its CHEAPER!!! thats right cheaper by$3 a bottle . Save yourselves the frustration of ordering online go to the store where you can get the product immediatly.

So far, I have made two purchases. The first one did not arrive until over 2 weeks after I placed my order. I figured that the second would be quicker, but I am still waiting. I received an email confirmation, and they did not delay at all to take the money out of my credit card account, but I am still waiting, and it has been 2 weeks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have contacted (email) Pure Health twice - still nothing from them and I am still waiting either for the second order or a credit. I did receive one order (have not tried the product yet). I don't want to "blast" this company - only want a response from them. IF I get either the order or the credit I will buy from them in the future. I reserve rating for now.

I understand that I was calling at a time when everyone wanted the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract and you were not able to respond on time. But my emails have not been answered to this day. A couple of weeks after I placed the order on May 22, I emailed (because nobody was answering the phone) wanting the tracking # to track the parcel. I eventually got through on the phone and got the tracking #. I got the email reply after I received the parcel. And the reply just had the delivery info, no salutations or niceties. "Hi/Hello, here's the information you are looking for" would have been much better than the reply I got. I don't believe the coffee bean extract craziness was still going on around the time I placed my order so I don't undertstand why my email was not answered on time. Customer service is everything in retail so Pure Health should look to see how their employees are trained and how they can improve customer service even in times of craziness.

First order of the product was great. Fast shipping. Second order took a month to fill, no way to contact them as their customer ph # was faulty, and their link on line would not work. No info from the company during this time to let people know that they were behind schedule in shipping. I thought I had been ripped off! I had to join them on FaceBook and read all the complaints before I got to the part where they appologized for the delays. Kinda' crazy, but I got through it and finally got the product, which I love.

First time I ordered my stuff came within days, second time (when I needed the refill) I ordered two weeks before I ran out and my stuff came 4 weeks later. I know they are super busy, but email updates would be great.

Placed order with company and never received order. Debate still out on how responsive the company's value on customer service.
