Your order has indeed not shipped yet. I am very sorry about that. We received so many orders after our product was featured on Dr. Oz that our shipping process was overloaded and many orders placed on that day never got put out. The product Rasbery Ketones seems like a great product because of the purity and the fact that they are made only with one ingredient. I did not like the customer service.I called several times, stayed on hold for about 20 minutes and was then directed to leave a message. I left 2 messages and still have not receivd a call back. I then emailed customer service, got a response in 1 day, but the response did not answer any of my questions reguarding this product. I think if you're going to sell a poduct then your customer service should know all interactions to the product, over the counter and prescribed. I can not take the product I ordered, because I do not know if it will interact with my daily intake of magnesium. Product ok, I think, Customer service not so great.

I had just ordered some recommended raspberry ketone pills (2 bottles) only to find out, minutes later, that they contain gelatin. I had no idea that almost every pill has a gelatin capsule. So I went in search of a brand that may specialize in gelatin-free capsules but started thinking there might not be a brand who actually does that. Just then I saw pure health... of course I thought "pure" may mean this was exactly what I had wanted. As soon as I got on I saw full-length descriptions of the pill I was looking for that I hadn't found anywhere else along with many more products that were more appealing to what I wanted!! I was ecstatic to see that everything they had was gelatin-free but also that it was far more concentrated than what I had found as a whole. The only problem I encountered is that on my first order at pure health I never received an email confirming that my product had been shipped and when I emailed customer service, I did not receive a reply. Thank you Pure Health for making products that I can take!
