My first and probably last order with this company was very nerve wrecking. There was no communication whatsoever from this company on the status of my order. I placed multiple calls to the customer service number, and was put off with a continuous message to hold for the next available representative to no avail. I left a message, but received no response. I felt that I had been scammed and contacted my bank to inquire on my options to get my money back. I finally received the order, but the stress and discomfort of thinking I had been scammed was unacceptable.
