I like this product. It is one of the only green coffee bean extract supplements that is without fillers and other ingredients. I felt clearer and more productive, and even lost a pound! But, I did not feel jittery or irritable. I would recommend taking 2-3 capsules per day, making the bottle last only 10-15 days -so, a bit pricey. Actually, because of this, I decided to order an equally pure product from Genesis on Amazon instead from now on.

I bought the green coffee beans so I would lose weight. I havent notice any weight loss, but I have not been consistent with taking the supplement. One great thing no side effects at all

The Green Coffee Bean Extract does require a pretty strict regimen. That is two capsules with breakfast and two with lunch. Thirty minutes before your meal with a large glass of water. I'm sure you bought the coffee bean for its help with weight management. To get the best results you really need to stick to the recommended dose. However, I could not take the supplement because it made me nervous and jittery. I only took two pills. I am not sure if it was the caffene in the pill or something else. I occassionly drink caffenated coffee, usually in the day, not at night. I am sorry I would like to have tried the product.
