Hello David, I was very sorry to read that you were not happy with our products. I thought I would share some tips that may help you improve your results. Garcinia is mean to be taken 2-3 capsules before all 3 meals each day. The Green Coffee Bean and Red Raspberry Ketones are meant to be taken 2 capsules before your 2 largest meals each day. You should have a 10oz glass of water with each serving. You should also be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water everyday. Following those tips should improve things for you.
