I purchased green coffee bean extract and red raspberry ketones from Pure Health and when I counted the green coffee bean extract capsules, the amount was incorrect. I called Pure Health and in a matter of a few days I recieved not only the missing capsules but an entire 30 day supply!! I would recommend Pure Health to all who visit this site. Pure Health is a very honest company.

I have had nothing but the best service from PureHealth.com. My orders are processed immediately, with no errors, and arrive quickly to me, packaged well. There is no other place I would go (not even local stores) to get what I need in dietary suppliments. The products are purity qualified and do exactly what they say they will. Thank you Pure Health!

Hi Hala, I was sorry to read your review that you are not happy with your results on the 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. For some people it can also just take a little while to get started, even over a month. Also, with any dietary supplement of this kind, there can be a small population of people who the product may not be as effective for. That is why we are proud to annount that we have also just made available Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract with Svetol®. This is a much more potent form of the Green Coffee Bean, with more clinical research documenting its success. In situations like these we would also recommend that you try the Coffee Bean regiment in conjunction with the Red Raspberry Ketone supplement. The Red Raspberry Ketone is a natural way to boost your metabolism. Many of our customers have found that taking these capsules together increase their effectiveness. Thanks you very much for your review and I am very sorry you felt that the product was not working for you. Sincerly, Brent

I researched for ACTUAL PURE Raspberry Ketone. No added fillers or using tactics for me to buy it for example "recommended by Dr. Oz." I liked that I could see the ingredients and it only contained Raspberry Ketone Powder. Plus, Pure Health has a chat room that you can talk to a representative immediately. The representative answered all of my questions with great knowledge. I am very happy with my past purchases. It is an added bonus that with each package mailed. Pure Health sends a pamplet of information on other products and how it benefits your health.

I ordered 2 bottles of the Rasberry Ketone- I was promised I was not satisfied I would get my money back. I have since emailed the company 8 times and now I am filing a complaint with the BBB. The product did not work. Buyers BEWARE of companies like this that sell you a product guarantee you if not satisfied money back and then ignore you once they have your money. I just seen on Dr. Oz where he was waning consumers of this same thing about companies such as this one.. Brent: I purchased it directly from your company... I filed the complaint this morning.. I stand behind what I said and what your company promised- Thats unfair and deceptive practices.

Hi Lisa, I was very sad to read your review of Pure Health. I was wanting to check on your order for you but you did not have an invoice# attached to your email. Normally when we get reviews they have invoice# attached to them so we can look you up. Our policy on refunds that is posted to the website is that we can issue full refunds on products that unopened for up to 90 days after they are purchased. We completely stand behind our products and their effectiveness. I am sorry if you thought there was a satisfaction guarantee. This is because with any weight management supplement of this kind, there are many contributing factors that can determine their effectiveness. Improper diet, dosage or regimen, you said you were promised a satisfaction guarantee. Is it possible you purchased from a company other than Pure Health? I think you should move forward with your BBB claim. There are many fraudulent companies on the internet today that are promising and selling Raspberry Ketones. I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your online purchase. It does sound like you were dealing with a different company than Pure Health. Sincerely, Brent

My first shipment took longer than expected, but I think it was due to popularity of what I ordered (Green coffee bean). I placed another order (I gave away half of my first order to a friend) and got that one right away. I was very pleased. I have never dieted in my life and found myself getting fat at 55. I dont like to take pills of any kind for any reason, other than Aleve if I get a headache. But I ordered the green coffee bean extract and started taking it 30 mins before one meal each day, at half the dosage. I began losing weight, with no side effects at all. Sometimes I take before two meals at half the dosage. I am moving on to lose another 5 lbs in the next two weeks. A good company and a good product they are distributing.

Hi Elizabeth, I was sorry to read your review that you are not happy with your results on the 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. For some people it can also just take a little while to get started. We always say you should not expect anything for two weeks, and in some cases even longer. We have also just made available Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract with Svetol®. This is the new formula that has the amazing concentrated acids featured on Dr. Oz. In situations like these we would also recommend that you try the Coffee Bean regiment in conjunction with the Red Raspberry Ketone supplement. The Red Raspberry Ketone is a natural way to boost your metabolism. Many of our customers have found that taking these capsules together increase their effectiveness. I would also recommend that you try our Pure Saffron. It is a natural appetite suppressant and induces the psychological feeling of being full. Both of these supplements are wonderful in aiding the weight loss power of the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract.
