According to the invoice, on September 3rd you purchased 2 bottles of 90-count Pure Black Raspberry and 2 bottles of 90 count Green Coffee Bean. Whether you placed the order over the phone and we took the order down incorrectly or you may have placed the order incorrectly online, we want you to get the products that you want. Hi Bernard, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was very sorry to read about your experience with our company. Let me explain what happened when you were trying to get throught to us. Our Green Coffee Bean with Svetol product was recently featured on the season premiere of the Dr. Oz television program. We have been getting thousand of calls and emails since then. I apologize for you not being able to get throught to us, that is unacceptable. Hi L., I just wanted to respond to your review. With all your products we say give them a little time before you should expect results. With the saffron, the effect will not be groundbreaking. More often than not, it will just make you not think of snacking between meals or help you to eat less than normal at meals. The Satreal that was featured on Dr. Oz is just a brand name for Saffron. Our Saffron has the exact same effectiveness, we just don't want to charge you more for a name, when the results are the same. Thank you very much for your order and have a great day. Sincerly, Brent
