Hi Maria, I was very sorry to read your recent review of Pure Health. Normally, once you place an order. It takes us between 24 and 48 hrs to process and pack your order. Then the shipping time is between 4-7 business days. When we get an influx of orders like after the Dr. Oz program. That can slow down all our operations another day or two. I am very sorry that this timeframe was not made clear to you once you placed your order. These occasions only happen once or twice a year. I am very sorry that this happened on your first experience with Pure Health. Thank you very much for your order and I assure you that any oder you place in the future will have no such delay.
