PureenrichmentReviews of pureenrichment.com

Purchased this product 12-9-2020. I tried at that time to register it and also claim my free gift of a hot/cold gel pack; neither could be completed. Choices in drop down boxes were not my product, and could not be changed. My product was purerelief king hp chargray 12x24, costing 39.99 at a Walgren's retail store. Product model PEHPAD24, the # on tyhe box added a -G. Te other numbers on the box were 8 5397500564 4, and (01)00853975005644(11)200427, and 3B27EA embossed on the box. The 5 yr guarantee was an important factor in choosing this product, but since I couldn't register said product, it is worthless.

It's a scam! They send you a form on how to get a free filter when u purchase theyre product. They said to submit the proof online, I did that. I called because two weeks went by and I hadnt heard anyting. They asked for proof of purchase again by email because the first one probably got lost, so Isent it AGAIN.. When calling to verify if they recieved it they said that they hadnt received it and blamed on me having email issues. What a joke this company is!!You never get the same person by phone. This situation happened twice with two different representatives and two different emails. Why do people fo this? What's the point?

I purchased a humidifier from a retail store. I had issues with the tank drying out. After much back & forth with the company it became too late for me to return it to the retailer. They wouldn’t refund me but you’d think that they’d offer me a small online store credit to show good faith & maintain customer retention. I complained to the bbb and the company couldn’t be bothered to respond. We’re talking a retail product of $23. They’re clueless when it comes to customer care.
